Turner Volkswagen has an immediate opening for a full time position encompassing a number of responsibilities within the dealership. We are looking for an individual with talent in Graphic Design and Marketing, Business Development, Reception and Appointment Coordination. Are you a personable, enthusiastic, customer service professional who would enjoy the versatility of working within our Sales, Service and Administrative departments? If so and you are looking for an opportunity to work full time, Tuesday through Saturday, then this position is for you!
The ideal candidate will be proficient with various computer applications, dealership software (PBS), social media platforms and working at front desk with the multi-line phone system and debit/credit/cash. We will provide in store training and support for specific task related technologies. Dealership experience is an asset.
Some high level responsibilities include:
- Business Development
- Social Media Communications and Marketing
- Used Car Inventory Management
- Saturday Reception Coverage with Daily Front Desk Assistance
- Service Appointment Bookings and Customer Satisfaction Follow-up
