2021 Volkswagen Atlas unveiled in Chicago
February 10 2020,
The 2021 Volkswagen Atlas is getting quite a few improvements this year. Scheduled to be released at the end of spring this year, the 2021 Atlas will feature a new design, new features inside and out, and new powertrain options. Let’s take a closer look.
The 2021 Atlas’ changes start up front with a new grille featuring the updated Volkswagen logo. There’s a new, rounded shape to the overall design of the Atlas and a new set of 18-inch, 20-inch, and 21-inch wheels. The overall look of the Atlas hasn’t deviated too much from the previous model, but we do notice the changes that have been made.
Inside, the 2021 Atlas gets a new steering wheel with the new Volkswagen logo as well, and the 8-inch centre touchscreen inside is now available on more versions.
Under the hood, the Atlas still offers either a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine or a 3.6-litre V6. The big change is that the 2.0-litre can now be paired with 4Motion all-wheel drive.
